From a young age, Gianna “Gigi” Tiliakos has had a deep connection
to the restaurant industry, inspired by her childhood working alongside
her father, Manos Tiliakos, in their family pizzeria. She learned early
on that a successful restaurant is about much more than just food;
it’s about creating a welcoming atmosphere and fostering meaningful
relationships with customers.
When her father retired, Gigi eagerly sought opportunities to enhance
her culinary skills, which led her to join Luciano’s Restaurant.
During her time there, she refined her techniques in Italian cuisine and
gained valuable insights into the nuances of dining service. Her focus
on flavor pairing and guest relations allowed her to create memorable
dining experiences, solidifying her belief in the importance of
hospitality within the restaurant business.
After years of dedicated service and hard work, Gigi felt it was time to
venture out on her own and return to her roots. This decision led her to
open Gigi’s House of Pizza in West Bridgewater, MA. Working there
alongside her family, she fulfilled her dream of becoming a business
owner while honoring her heritage and family values.
Since becoming independent in 2020, Gigi has built a loyal customer base
that appreciates her unwavering dedication to the community and her
commitment to providing heartfelt service. In 2021, she took the next
step by purchasing Gigi’s Ristorante & Pizzeria in Attleboro, formerly
known as Don & Gigi’s Italian Ristorante & Pizzeria. Through her
abundant effort and genuine love for her craft, she embraced the
Attleboro community and received an overwhelmingly positive response.
Gigi envisions a space that not only celebrates culinary traditions but
also fosters a warm and inviting atmosphere where guests feel like part
of the family. Her hospitality shines through in every interaction, as
she personally welcomes patrons and engages with them about their dining
experiences. Motivated by a desire to pass down her love for the
restaurant industry, Gigi is eager to instill values of hard work,
resilience, and compassion in her children and grandchildren.
